Request deletion of your app data
This page applies to TSI Practice Test, published on Google Play by DAHMANI LIMITED.
How to submit a request
- Email simo.dahmani1@gmail.com with the subject TSI Practice Test Data Deletion Request.
- Include the approximate purchase date and the Apple or Google order reference, if you made a purchase. Do not send payment-card details or client-identifying information.
- We will acknowledge the request and complete eligible deletion within 30 days.
Data deleted
We will delete purchase-entitlement and subscription-status records associated with the app user identifier that we control through our subscription service, where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
Study progress, answers, bookmarks, preferences, and reviewer-access status are stored locally on your device. Delete them immediately by uninstalling the app. On Android, you can also use Settings > Apps > TSI Practice Test > Storage > Clear storage.
Data retained
Google Play processes payments and may retain transaction records under its own policies. We may retain the minimum transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and deletion-request records required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. These records are kept only for the applicable legal or dispute-retention period and are then deleted or anonymized.
No account required
The app does not require or offer an account. A deletion request does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your Google Play subscription settings.
